Located inside Methodist Plaza, Methodist Heart and Lung Institute Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Center offers a multidisciplinary program to treat and manage any acute and/or chronic cardiopulmonary disease.

We offer cardiac rehabilitation and pulmonary rehabilitation involving individualized treatment plans, including evaluation education and support for essential lifestyle changes such as physical activity, nutrition and stress management. These tools help reduce your risk of future heart and pulmonary problems and get you back to your best quality of life.

Cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation are clinically proven to help reduce your risk for future heart and lung problems and even increase life expectancy up to five years. The goal of cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation is to strengthen your heart and pulmonary functions and improve your overall health.

The program at the Methodist Heart and Lung Institute Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Center is designed to assist each patient to attain optimal physical, psychological, social and vocational well-being. Emphasis is placed on incorporating long-term lifestyle changes to help protect and preserve cardiopulmonary function and maintain optimal health.
