Erica Martin, BSN, RN

Manager, Stroke/Chest Pain

Erica Martin has more than 22 years of nursing experience including Women & Children’s health, Nursing Administration and Physician Performance Improvement. She joined Methodist Stone Oak Hospital in 2008 as part of the original team opening the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Erica moved into the Stroke/Chest Pain Manager position at Methodist Stone Oak Hospital in 2016 and is leading numerous stroke-specific process improvement initiatives for our Primary Stroke Center designation.

Marilyn Daniels, MSN, RN

Director, Case Management

Marilyn Daniels began her health care career in 1988, and started her case management career in 1998. Prior to arriving at Methodist Stone Oak Hospital, Marilyn was the manager of the entire case management department of a health system that included five hospitals. She is currently the director of case management, and works to the help the case management department move in the right direction with the ever-changing health care rules and regulations.

Manolito Flores, BS, RT (R)

Director, Radiology

Manolito Flores began his career in 2002 as a Radiology Supervisor at Methodist. He joined Methodist Stone Oak in 2008, and believes in treating every patient as a family member. His expertise in technology delivers an outstanding quality of work to his medical staff and patients.

Christopher Pettit, BS, CRT

Director, Rehab Services

Christopher Pettit began his career in 2002 as Director of Respiratory Therapy. He joined Methodist Stone Oak in 2008 as the Director of Rehabilitation Services. He enjoys caring for patients and seeing them leave the hospital in better condition.

Tim Simecek, MSN, RN, CNOR

Director, Perioperative Services

Tim Simecek first began working in surgical services as an orderly while taking prerequisite classes for nursing school, and he knew immediately that this was the right environment for his skill set. He believes that empathy and compassion are the most important skill sets, and he always strive to put himself in the place of the family and patient.

Ann Winn, RN, FACHE, NEA-BC

Chief Nursing Officer

Ann Winn started her nursing career in Women’s Health in 1986, and soon expanded her scope to include pediatrics. She served as the Chief Nursing Officer at Methodist Children’s Hospital before moving to Methodist Stone Oak in 2014. Enhancing patient care through Nursing standards of practice, collaborating with medical colleagues and setting a strategic vision for care delivery are the motivating factors to her work. Ann’s philosophy of care is relationship-based and is centered around always placing patients first.
