Charity care will be provided to all patients who present themselves for care at any Methodist Healthcare facility without regard to race, creed, color or national origin and who are classified as financially or medically indigent.

San Antonio, Texas (May 29, 2013)--Methodist Stone Oak Hospital was awarded the 2013 “Partner for Change” Award by Practice Greenhealth, the nation’s leading health care membership community that empowers its members to increase their efficiencies and environmental stewardship while improving patient safety and care. The award is one of the organization’s Environmental Excellence Awards given each year to honor outstanding environmental achievements in the health care sector.

Methodist Children’s Hospital Recognized as Healthcare Organization of the Month by Studer Group

San Antonio, Texas (June 5, 2013)…Leaders of Methodist Children’s Hospital, a campus of Methodist Hospital, were honored today by the Studer Group as Evidence-Based Leadership Health Care Organization of the Month for June. The award was presented during the Studer Group’s Excellence in Nursing Institute being held in downtown San Antonio.
