Daughter gives father second chance at life

In May of 2024, Itzel Guzman decided to donate one of her kidneys to her father, Juan Guzman, at San Antonio's Methodist Hospital Specialty and Transplant after he had been diagnosed with Stage 5 Kidney Failure.
