The safety of our patients and staff is critical to ensuring uninterrupted operations at our facilities. As such, it is important that visitors understand the nature of our policies and know that they have been designed with their safety in mind.

Welcome family and friends
We understand that visitors can greatly enhance a patient's comfort and recovery. Visitors will find a variety of services at Methodist Hospital | Westover Hills, including complimentary valet service, Smart Market Dining, cafeteria and Wi-Fi access. For our current visitor policy, please call (726) 243-2001.
Parking
Free parking is available in the surface lots surrounding the hospital.
Visiting hours
Visiting hours are 7 am – 8 pm, except in the ICU.
A parent or guardian must always remain with patients under 18 years old.
Two visitors are allowed per patient at a time. Additional visitors may wait in designated waiting areas.
Please respect quiet hours and patient privacy during your visit.
Wireless internet access (WiFi)
High-speed wireless internet is available throughout, providing Methodist Hospital | Westover Hills patients and visitors with fast, reliable access to the internet and email.
Spiritual support & chapel
Chaplains are available to provide spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and friends. If you would like chaplain services, please call Jonathan Sherman at (210) 313-8181. The Chapel is on the first floor down the hall from the Main Entrance Reception.
Interpreter services
Interpreter services are available for non-English-speaking patients and families. For assistance, please contact a department team member, all units have an interpreter iPad.
Smoking policy
Methodist Hospital | Westover Hills is a tobacco-free campus. Smoking and tobacco use are not permitted anywhere on the hospital grounds, including outdoor areas and parking lots. Thank you for helping us maintain a healthy environment.
Accessibility services ADA Accommodations
We strive to make our facility accessible to all visitors. Wheelchairs are available at the main entrance, and all public areas are designed for accessibility. If you need assistance, please speak with a staff member.
Security
Methodist Hospital | Westover Hills has a dedicated 24-hour security team patrolling the campus. They respond promptly to any concerns or requests. For security assistance, call (726) 243-2002 or dial "00" from any hospital phone.
Hospital cafeteria + Smart Market
Our hospital cafeteria is located on the first floor toward the east end of the hospital.
Hours of operation:
Monday – Friday for breakfast from 6:30 am to 10 am and lunch from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
Visitors can also enjoy fresh foods, hot meals, drinks and snacks from the Smart Market on the first floor near the chapel, open 24/7.
