Free parking is available in the surface lots surrounding all hospital entrances.


Visiting Hours

There are no visiting restrictions. Visitors are welcome in the hospital 24/7.

A parent or guardian must remain with patients under 18 years old at all times.

Spiritual Support & Chapel

Chaplains can provide spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and friends. To contact pastoral care services and to request a chaplain, call pastoral care at 210-757-5863 The Methodist Hospital | Northeast Chapel is located at the entrance on the first floor. Faith Chapel offers an inviting atmosphere for prayer and reflection, welcoming visitors during hospital hours.


Interpreter Services

Interpreter services are available for non-English-speaking patients and families. For assistance, please notify your nurse or a member of the hospital staff.

Methodist Hospital | Northeast is a tobacco-free campus. Smoking and tobacco use are not permitted anywhere on the hospital grounds, including outdoor areas and parking lots. Thank you for helping us maintain a healthy environment.
