Focusing on serving the community, Methodist Hospital Northeast is proud to provide timely, effective emergency care when it matters most. Treating critical conditions, such as cardiovascular, neurological and orthopedic complications, we aim to be there at both our primary hospital location, and our various freestanding ERs.

Our team is ready 24/7 to help you through some of life's toughest moments when minutes matter. Every year, we are able to provide emergency care for more than 50,000 patients in our community. Our ER is staffed with board-certified physicians and an expert trained emergency room team to ensure an exceptional level of care for you and your family. As we continue to grow with our community, we've expanded our facility by adding 17 new treatment rooms for a total of more than 40 patient rooms. This larger ER enables us to continue caring for thousands of people in Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, and Wilson Counties who need urgent, and potentially life-saving treatment.
Convenient neighborhood ER locations
Our goal is to provide safe and convenient emergency care for our community. In addition to our main hospital ER, we have numerous freestanding ERs located throughout the area to help provide the adult and pediatric emergency care you need, close to home.

Visiting Methodist Hospital Northeast ER
Our ER entrance is off Toepperwein Road on the east side of our hospital. Turn into our parking lot, and follow signs pointing toward the emergency entrance. If you’re arriving from Judson Road, you’ll enter and turn right, heading east from the hospital’s main entrance.
