Methodist Hospital Stone Oak Rehabilitation Center is a freestanding facility that offers a safe and comfortable environment for you to receive the highest quality inpatient rehabilitation services, with a patient-centered approach. Our leading-edge 42-bed facility is specifically designed to help you recover as quickly and effectively as possible.
As an inpatient rehabilitation program, we offer a multidisciplinary, intensive therapy schedule. Some of the unique benefits we provide our patients include:
- One-on-one therapy (physical, occupational and/or speech) five to six days a week
- Psychology services
- Social dining groups
- Swallowing assessment and treatment
- Home evaluations with our therapy team
Conditions we treat
At Methodist Hospital | Stone Oak Rehabilitation Center, we treat individuals 18 years old and older with a variety of conditions, such as:
- Stroke
- Traumatic brain injury
- Non-traumatic brain injury (brain tumors and craniotomies)
- Spinal surgery
- Spinal cord injury
- Hip replacement and fracture
- Amputee
- Parkinson’s disease
- Multiple sclerosis
- Guillain-Barré syndrome
- Traumatic fracture
- Any neurological diagnosis such as muscular dystrophy, polyneuropathy and motor neuron disease

Methodist Hospital Stone Oak Rehabilitation Center is a freestanding facility is located off Stone Oak Parkway and Huebner Road. Visitors can park in our parking lot and must check in at the front desk upon arrival.
