At Methodist Children's Hospital, we offer outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation services specifically geared toward children. Our goal is to help your child reach his or her maximum potential in an enriching and fun environment. Pediatric outpatient therapy services we offer

We work with children between one month and 21 years old to provide comprehensive outpatient therapy services. Our compassionate therapists provide care for children with a wide range of diagnoses, including attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), cerebral palsy, orthopedic injuries, language disorders and more.

Pediatric speech therapy

Our pediatric speech-language pathologists evaluate and treat disorders in feeding, swallowing, communication, voice, cognition and fluency. Our speech therapists develop customized treatment plans based on standardized assessments and informal observations.

Pediatric occupational therapy

We work with your child to develop skills in areas that may be challenging for him or her in everyday life. Our pediatric occupational therapists develop personalized plans to help your child succeed in areas such as neurodevelopmental skills, visual motor skills and self-care activities.

Pediatric physical therapy

Our pediatric physical therapists help children achieve their maximum level of physical function. We work with children in a fun environment to help your child improve in balance, mobility and range of motion.

Before your child starts therapy at our facility, you must first have a referral from your pediatrician. Once we have received the referral, we will reach out to you to schedule an appointment.
