San Antonio, TX — Methodist Hospital, Methodist Hospital | Landmark, and Methodist Hospital | Metropolitan are shining red, white, and blue as we mark the 23rd anniversary of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. A day that irrevocably changed our nation. The lights are in remembrance of the countless lives lost at the World Trade Center in New York City, the Pentagon in Virginia, and those who perished in the crash of United Airlines Flight 93.

In addition to the red, white, and blue, Methodist Hospital | Metropolitan is illuminating two beams of light through the sky throughout the evening. The shining beams of light represent the Twin Towers and serve as a powerful reminder of strength within our nation. We hope these beams encourage our community to join us in a moment to reflect and honor those lost.
