Bye-bye, bottled salad dressings! This healthy salad vinaigrette is easy to prep, delicious, and adds the perfect mix of tang to your salads.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional!)
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a lid.
  2. Shake and enjoy!
