The Continuum of Care Program ensures our sleep specialists provide clear instructions and guidance throughout the sleep disorder care process. It also ensures we provide follow-up support. Our team works directly with physician offices, personally visiting them and providing all the necessary materials to ensure a consistent experience.
If you're unable to physically visit our sleep center, home sleep studies can be delivered and picked up. Our offices will work with you to help you get the treatment and services that are right for you.
