Elisa F. Carroll is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Carroll earned her medical degree from the Catholic University of The Sacred Heart School of Medicine in Rome, Italy. After completing a fellowship program at the University of Texas Health Science Center, she successfully completed a residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
