Methodist Hospital Metropolitan is San Antonio’s Center City destination for emergency care. Our team has been trusted by our community and first responders to provide care during some of life’s toughest moments. When an emergency happens, our specially trained ER physicians and staff are prepared to treat a variety of minor illnesses and life threatening injuries, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To better serve our community, our ER physicians practice multiple languages to ease communication between patients and their care teams in an emergency.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a medical emergency, always call 911 first. If you’re not sure you need to head to the emergency room, talk to a nurse first. Call (210) 575-0355.

Your Safety is our Priority
