After labor and delivery, our team offers a variety of services, including lactation services, counseling and a support group with other new moms.

Safe sleep education

Sudden unexpected infant death (SUID, formerly known as SIDS) is when a baby younger than one year old dies suddenly and unexpectedly while sleeping. While the cause of SUID is still unknown, Safe Sleep practices can significantly reduce the risk of SUIDS. All of our labor and delivery hospitals are Safe Sleep Certified, which means our teams are educated and trained on the Infant Safe Sleep guidelines provided by the American Academy of Pediatrics, and we offer this safe sleep education to our parents and caregivers.
